Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay at Merimbula Lake Apartments.
Perfectly situated facing due north, you can expect to make the most day long sunshine.
A short walk to the beach, cafes and town centre gives you plenty to do while enjoying a relaxing coastal holiday.
We have included some of our favourite things to do, see and enjoy while you are here.
If you encounter any problems during your stay, please feel free to contact us via the phone number(s) located on the message board at reception. Alternatively, you may find us cleaning rooms or maintaining the grounds during business hours. If you call after hours, please leave a message or send a text and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

- Arrival & Departure Info
Parking: Limited parking is available on-site with 9 oversize carparks located on the concrete, with an additional 2 parking spaces on the side nature strip of Calendo Court.
Boat parking is reserved for the larger nature strip with parking for additional cars available on the street or parking bays located on Fishpen Road.
We have space for 1 vehicle per apartment only.
No parking is permitted on the nature strip on Fishpen Road.
Departure: Checkout is prior to 9am unless negotiated with management. Late checkout not negotiated with management may incur additional fees in order to cover staff wages at a rate of $50 per half hour.
Room keys can be left on the hook at the door located at reception, alternatively, the key can be left on your kitchen bench with the main door left open.
- Wifi
Free wifi is available for each apartment. The password and setup instructions. If you have difficulty, please feel free to contact Ben or Kim, alternatively you can contact Timeout Internet on 1300 88 00 64, available 8am – 7pm. 7 days.

- Upstairs Apt

Please do not park on the front nature strip.
- Bike / kayak storagge
Kayak and SUP storage is located on the brick wall adjacent to Unit 1 and the garden hose. Racks are provided or can be left on the ground in this area.
Please do not touch any equipment not pertaining the apartment. ie: Pool equipment and storage box in the pool area, Fuse box, Fire Hoses, sprinkler system. Storage shed near BBQ area, et.
- Oven Use
To use the oven, you need to ensure that all 3 dials are turned on and the wall switch labelled “ove” is also turned on. If you have any problems, there is an instruction manual in the bottom drawer of the kitchen, or you can ask Ben or Kim for assistance.
Instructions on how to use the induction cooktop in Unit 2 are provided in the drawer to the left of the cooktop.
- Damage to apartments
You may be responsible for the cost of fixing or replacing any deliberate damage within the apartment occured by you or your guests. This includes children jumping on furniture. Excessive force used to open front door handles. If the handle does not open easily, you have the code wrong. DO NOT force the handle.
- BBQ Facilities
BBQ facilities are located at the Eastern end of the complex, alongside the pool. If using the BBQ please ensure that it is turned off after use that you have left it in a clean and tidy manner, ready for the next guests use.
Please note: Portable BBQ’s are not permitted to be used on the balconies or patios at any time during your stay.

- Foxtel
We currently have 28 channels on offer. We are unable to alter which channels we receive, however there is a selection over many genres.
Use the Foxtel Remote to turn on the device (blue light indicates it is on)
Change the input setting on the television to HDMI
Select the foxtel channel required. Eg: 504 – Fox Footy. You can scroll through the channels from there or dial the channel required.
