MERIMBULA LAKE APARTMENTS AGREEMENT: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking conditions:

 

1. Strictly, No pets allowed.

 

2. No smoking is permitted within Apartments, balconies or patio areas due the inconvenience suffered by other non-smoking guests. Table and chairs directly opposite the complex are available for your smoking leisure.

 

3. Children must be supervised at all times.

 

4. Number of guests staying in apartments shall not exceed the booking or bedding configuration.

 

5. If apartments are left in a dirty or untidy state, rubbish is not removed, damage to furniture or appliances, a minimum fee of $100 will be charged +/- the cost to replace damaged items.

 

6. You are responsible for all guests and visitors that attend your apartment. Damage occurred during your stay is your responsibility and as such will be charged accordingly to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Excludes breakages of drinking glasses, plates etc.

 

7. Merimbula Lake Apartments managers reserve the rights to change a booking between apartments if required to do so. For example; an upstairs apartment to a downstairs apartment. Your preference of apartment will always be provided when possible.

 

8. Merimbula Lake Apartments managers reserve the rights to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund if the above condition/s are broken.

 


 Equipment available for hire: (Please advise prior to your stay if required.)

 

1. Port a cot: $10 per stay

 

2. Highchair: $10 per stay

 

3. Shower Chair: $10 per stay

 

4. Additional Mattress with linen: $100 per stay

 


Cancellation policy:

 

1. Loss of the 25% non-refundable deposit

 

2. Less than 72 hours from the 2pm check-in on your intended arrival date or No Show on the day - Liable for the FULL Tariff

 

3. Sorry no refunds on early departures.
